Proverbs 27:21 shows how praise tests our hearts. Consider how you receive praise, what you praise, and how to sift out pride and flattery while offering the glory to Jesus.

As a crucible refines silver and a furnace purifies gold, the Lord tests hearts. Proverbs 17:3 invites us to examine our hearts, praise God for His refining work, and trust Him in suffering.
