The Quiet Power of Integrity (Proverbs 28:18)
Listen Here:
Proverbs 28:18
Whoever walks in integrity will be delivered,
but he who is crooked in his ways will suddenly fall.
As we've said before:
Integrity is what you do when no one else is watching.
I think that can feel lonely or even pointless in a world that rewards image over substance.
This proverb says and reminds us of something that is quietly radical. God sees! He sees what we think no one sees, and he honors it. In the end, He is the one who delivers. Integrity is not about being morally perfect. It's about being whole. It's about living undivided. What you say matches how you live. Who you are in private matches who you are in public.
That kind of life may get no applause, but according to Proverbs, it gets something much better: deliverance, rescue, wholeness. Those who endure, those who fight the good fight of faith, who live in integrity, the Lord delivers them out of all their troubles.
I want to keep this one short today and encourage you in the unseen moments. In the unseen moments, the quiet choices, walk in integrity. Walk in integrity, no matter how hard it may be, because you're not unseen. The Lord sees.
Let's pray.
